Products, Selection & Quotations FAQs

Cold weather, high ambient temperature, dust, humidity, altitude, and salt exposure can affect engine selection, coolant, battery, air filtration, hydraulic oil, cab options, and corrosion protection. Provide the expected temperature range, altitude, and environment before the model is finalized.

Contact RONGFENG to confirm approved cold-weather, high-temperature, high-altitude, and corrosion packages.

Do not compare the load weight only with a headline lift figure. The safe result depends on load center, attachment weight, lift height, reach, front axle limit, tire rating, terrain, rear ballast, and whether the loader capacity is quoted at the pins or forward of the pins. Request the loader lift chart and approved ballast configuration for the exact tractor.

Several agricultural tire sizes are available, with wet-field wheel options on some lower-profile tractors. Contact RONGFENG to confirm agricultural, industrial, turf, paddy, radial/bias, and row-crop options, together with rim adjustment and overall width.

RONGFENG lists lower-profile greenhouse tractor families. Send the minimum doorway width/height, row spacing, turning area, crop clearance, implement width, and required PTO work so the final overall dimensions and turning radius can be checked before ordering.

Sunshade, fan cab, warm-air cab, air-conditioned cab, counterweights, and air-pump options are available across parts of the wheeled range. Contact RONGFENG to confirm compatibility, total height, electrical load, ROPS/FOPS status, glass specification, heater and air-conditioner performance, and spare parts for the selected model.

This depends on axle, rim, tire, and model configuration. Provide the required row spacing and maximum transport width; Contact RONGFENG for the approved minimum/maximum track width and any tire-position restrictions.

Often yes, but compatibility must be checked by three-point category, PTO speed/spline/direction, hydraulic flow/pressure/couplers, implement weight, required PTO horsepower, working width, driveline length, and clearance. A similar-looking hitch does not prove safe compatibility.

Start with the implement model and clear photos of its nameplate and connection points. If you have the manual or specification sheet, send that too. We will help identify any additional measurements needed and check the implement against the tractor you are considering.

Tracked Tractors & Rotary Tillers FAQs

The tracked range includes dryland and wet/dry machines, with tilling and other attachment configurations depending on the model. Tell us your crop, soil conditions and intended jobs, and we will help identify the available machine and attachment combinations.

Wet/dry models generally use a wider undercarriage or track configuration to improve flotation in soft or wet conditions, while dryland versions prioritize operation on firmer soil. Contact RONGFENG to confirm ground pressure, track width/contact length, clearance, sealing, allowable water/mud conditions, and the attachment package for the exact model.

Tracks may be useful where flotation, traction, and lower surface pressure are more important than road speed and low undercarriage cost. Wheels are usually easier for longer travel on firm roads, simpler turning, and lower track wear. The decision should consider soil moisture, field access, turning space, transport distance, surface damage, and operating cost.

Not automatically. Ground pressure depends on total machine/load weight, contact area, track design, soil condition, and operating practice; deep compaction can still occur under heavy axle or machine loads. Use model-specific ground-pressure data and agronomic advice rather than a universal claim.

Only a configuration specifically approved for the stated mud depth, water depth, soil bearing capacity, and attachment should be used. “Wet/dry” does not mean unlimited operation in deep water or unsupported mud. Contact RONGFENG for the permissible conditions, sealing points, daily cleaning, and maintenance instructions.

No. Attachment compatibility depends on machine family, hitch/interface, power, hydraulic system, working width, weight, and required ballast. Compatibility differs between the smaller and larger tracked families, so every attachment is approved against the exact model before shipment.

Rotary tilling, weeding, ditching, backfilling, grading/dozing, ridging, sowing, and ploughing are available as optional functions across the tracked families. Availability, working width and depth, and the required configuration vary by model and are listed in the quotation.

These functions are available across the range, but implement size and interface differ between machine families. Send the crop, row spacing, soil, target depth, field condition, and required work rate so RONGFENG can specify the machine, implement, and connection package together.

Parts of the 25/35 family use belt drive, and a customized all-gear gearbox is also offered. Contact RONGFENG to confirm which is standard and which is optional on your model, together with the number of speeds, service parts, belt specification, and gearbox oil.

Larger tracked families use shaft or hydraulic shaft drive, with customized transmissions available. Drive architecture, gear count, hydraulic flow, steering method, final drives, and service requirements are confirmed on the approved specification sheet.

Tell us the operation, soil conditions, working depth and field size. We will help you review the reference travel speeds and work rates available for the relevant model and implement. Actual output varies with field conditions and operation, so reference figures should be compared on a similar basis.

Fuel use depends on engine, implement, soil, depth, moisture, speed, maintenance, and operator technique. Contact RONGFENG for per-model reference consumption together with the units and the test conditions it was measured under.

Track life depends on surface, tension, alignment, sharp debris, turning style, load, travel distance, and cleaning. Contact RONGFENG for the track size, approved tension method, wear limits, replacement part number, and normal availability for each model.

Short repositioning may be possible if the manual allows it, but hard surfaces and sharp turns can accelerate track and undercarriage wear and may damage the surface. Confirm legal road use, track type, maximum travel distance, and transport method for the destination.

Mini Excavators FAQs

RONGFENG supplies RF-series mini excavators in several size classes. Tell us your digging requirements, access width and transport limit, and we will help compare the current models. Check the selected model’s specification sheet for its configured operating weight and dimensions.

List the jobs, required digging depth/reach, material, maximum object weight, lifting radius, access width/height, ground condition, slope, attachments, and trailer/truck limit. Choose the machine that can safely handle the hardest repeated task while still fitting the site and transport system.

Overall width is critical for gates, greenhouses, orchards, and indoor work. Contact RONGFENG for the verified transport width, blade width, track retraction/expansion range if fitted, upper-structure width, canopy/cab height, and tolerance for every model.

Operating weight must include the defined bucket, fluids, operator or no operator as specified, cab/canopy, and fitted attachments. Ask for the scale or specification definition because shipping weight, machine-only weight, and operating weight are not interchangeable.

Koop, Briggs & Stratton, Kubota, Changchai, Laidong, and Yanmar engines are used across the RF range depending on the model. Engine availability, exact engine model, rated power, fuel system, emissions label, cold-start equipment, alternator, and parts support are confirmed for the destination market and production batch.

Some models may have engine options, subject to installation, cooling, hydraulic pump matching, emissions, availability, and certification. The final quotation should name the engine model, power, serial/nameplate requirement, and destination compliance rather than saying only “optional engine.”

Maximum digging depth, ground reach, digging height, dumping height, minimum swing radius, and tail swing are model-specific. Contact RONGFENG for the dimension diagram of the model you are considering, with the measurement standard stated on it.

Bucket width and capacity must be matched to machine weight, soil, required trench width, coupler, pin geometry, and hydraulic performance. Contact RONGFENG for a bucket table showing width, heaped/rated capacity, weight, teeth, pin diameter, pin centers, ear width, and compatible models.

Lifting capacity changes with radius, height, blade position, track direction, ground level, attachment weight, and machine configuration. Do not use bucket breakout force or machine weight as a lifting limit. Request the model-specific lift chart and approved lifting point before planning any lift.

Tell us the model, load weight, lifting height and working radius. We will check the lifting information available for that exact configuration. A lifting operation should only be planned using suitable model-specific data and the operating manual; machine weight or breakout force is not a substitute for rated lifting capacity.

RF-40 and RF-50 are built as tailless-body machines. RONGFENG confirms the actual tail-swing radius and overhang for the configuration you order — a zero-tail claim applies only where the upper structure stays within the track width in that configuration.

The RF-30 boom offers side swing. Contact RONGFENG for the left and right angles, the working envelope, the transport lock, and any effect on stability or lift capacity.

The smaller models are shown with rubber tracks, while RF-65/RF-70 pages reference steel crawlers. Confirm track material, width, pitch, link count, optional rubber pads, undercarriage part numbers, and whether changing track type affects weight or dimensions.

Buckets, hydraulic breakers, and grab buckets are offered, and buyers commonly request grading buckets, rippers, rakes, thumbs, augers, grapples, and quick couplers. Contact RONGFENG for the attachment matrix for your model, with weight, pin and coupler geometry, hydraulic flow and pressure, hose/coupler standard, and any counterweight requirement.

Only when the breaker weight, required flow, pressure, return arrangement, hose size, relief setting, carrier stability, and duty cycle match the machine. Contact RONGFENG to confirm approved breaker models and whether one-way auxiliary flow, case drain, accumulator, and return filtration are provided.

Engine horsepower is not enough to answer this. Contact RONGFENG to confirm continuous auxiliary flow and pressure at the couplers, available cooling, duty cycle, return/back-pressure limit, case drain, attachment weight, and approved application. Mulcher suitability should only be confirmed from measured hydraulic data.

Auxiliary hydraulic capability is model-specific. Contact RONGFENG for the main-pump flow, auxiliary flow, working and relief pressure, number of circuits, one-way or two-way function, proportional control availability, and coupler location on the model you are quoting. Send the attachment you intend to run and RONGFENG will confirm the match.

Hose threads and quick couplers vary with the machine and attachment. Send the model, attachment details and clear connection photos, and we will help identify the interface. Exact thread and pressure specifications must be checked before fitting a replacement; appearance or approximate diameter alone is not enough.

Compatibility requires pin diameter, pin centers, ear width, coupler type, attachment weight, hydraulic flow/pressure, hose/coupler standard, and clearance through the full movement range. Send drawings or measured photos; Ask RONGFENG to confirm compatibility in writing before purchase.

Quick-coupler and hydraulic-thumb options depend on the model. Tell us the attachments you plan to use, and we will check the available combination, hydraulic circuit and locking arrangement. Added attachment weight and length also need to be allowed for when checking the working range and lifting capacity.

This depends on pump type, valve block, flow sharing, engine speed, relief settings, and the functions combined. Contact RONGFENG for a demonstration video of the exact model performing travel/swing and boom/arm/bucket combinations under load and explain any priority limitations.

Gradeability varies by excavator model and is a travel-performance specification, not a universal safe working-slope limit. Safe operation depends on machine configuration, travel direction, ground conditions, load and attachments. Always follow the slope limits and operating procedures in the manual for the ordered model. If your site conditions are uncertain, contact RONGFENG for model-specific guidance before operation.

Use the verified machine-plus-attachment weight, transport dimensions, rated truck/trailer, legal axle and license limits, approved tie-down points, and local load-securement rules. The boom, blade, bucket, and attachments must be positioned and secured according to the machine manual and local law.

On arrival, compare the machine and included accessories with the packing list, photograph any damage and review the operating manual before use. Check the model’s delivery and commissioning checklist. If something is damaged, missing or unclear, contact us with photos before operating the machine so we can help with the next step.

Follow the model-specific pre-delivery and commissioning checklist. Contact RONGFENG for approved fluid types/capacities, filter part numbers, grease points, fastener torque checks, track-tension procedure, initial service interval, and any transport-preservation removal steps.

Use the interval in the exact model manual and shorten it for water, mud, dust, heavy hammer use, or pressure washing. Contact RONGFENG for a labeled grease-point diagram and approved grease specification; a generic interval should not replace the manual.

Use the model-specific sag measurement, measuring position, temperature condition, and grease-adjuster procedure in the manual. Tracks that are too loose may derail; tracks that are too tight accelerate wear. Releasing a grease tensioner can involve stored pressure and should only be done by trained personnel using the approved procedure.

Possible causes include incorrect tension, worn or mismatched tracks, damaged sprockets/idlers/rollers, leaking adjuster seals, packed debris, misalignment, side-loading, and turning technique. Stop operation and send photos of the full undercarriage, track markings, sprocket, idler position, rollers, adjuster area, and both sides for diagnosis.

Stop heavy operation and check warning indicators, the approved fluid level, visible leaks, hose damage, cooler/radiator blockage, fan operation, and whether the problem occurs cold or only when hot. Do not change relief settings or continue running a pump that may be starved or cavitating. Send a video, temperature reading, hour reading, fluid/filter history, and affected functions to support.

Stop using the machine and check for trapped debris, a derailed/misaligned track, visible hose damage or leaks, and warning indicators. Do not swap hoses or disassemble the swivel/final drive without the hydraulic diagram and qualified support. Send videos of both travel directions with the machine safely positioned, plus pump/motor/swivel tag photos.

On machines up to about 2 tons we recommend keeping bucket width at or below 600 mm. Wider buckets increase the load at the bucket edge and reduce breakout performance, so the machine may not dig effectively even if the bucket physically fits. Send your soil type, trench width and target depth and RONGFENG will confirm the bucket size for the model you are considering.

No. A 1,000 mm toothed bucket is outside the working range of the RF-series mini excavators and requires a larger excavator class. For wide trenching or clean-up work on these machines, use a ditching or mud bucket instead, where the load is spread across a wider edge without teeth.

Wide buckets are available in ditching or mud-bucket form, which are designed for moving loose material rather than breaking ground. A wide toothed digging bucket is not recommended below the size class that can carry it. Tell RONGFENG the material and job and we will confirm which bucket type is suitable.

The hydraulic tilting bucket is supplied without teeth. A tilting bucket is wider than a standard digging bucket, and adding teeth increases the digging resistance beyond what the machine can work against. Tilting buckets are intended for grading, sloping and clean-up rather than breaking ground.

A hydraulic breaker is not recommended on the 1 ton class. Breakers are available on the 2 ton class and above, where the carrier weight and auxiliary hydraulic flow are sufficient to work the tool without overloading the machine. Contact RONGFENG with your material and required breaker size for the model-specific recommendation.

Mowers and seeding buckets require a carrier in the 2 ton class or above. On smaller machines the attachment weight and hydraulic demand exceed what the carrier can support in normal work. Send the attachment brand, model and hydraulic requirement and RONGFENG will confirm compatibility in writing.

Yes, but this requires an additional hydraulic circuit to be routed at the factory. The standard auxiliary circuit operates one function at a time. Tell RONGFENG at the order stage which attachments you plan to run together so the correct number of circuits, couplers and controls can be built into the machine.

A rotating grapple can be fitted on the 1.2 ton class and above, but performance on the smallest machines is limited by carrier weight and stability at reach. For regular grapple work RONGFENG recommends a larger class. Contact us with your material weight and working radius before ordering.

A concrete mixing bucket is available for the 1.5 ton class. Confirm the required batch volume, auxiliary hydraulic flow and coupler type with RONGFENG so the bucket and circuit are matched to the machine.

Auger drive units and bit diameters are matched to the carrier class, and the largest bit a machine can turn depends on soil, depth and whether an extension is used. Send the bore diameter, depth and soil condition to RONGFENG and we will confirm the drive unit, bit size and whether an extension is possible for your model.

Engine options are selected from the units already validated for that chassis, not newly developed. Installation space is the limiting factor: on the 1.8 ton class the largest engine that fits is the Kubota D902 class, and a physically larger unit such as the D1105 cannot be installed. Tell RONGFENG your emission requirement and destination market and we will confirm which engines are available for the model.

Track width is fixed by the undercarriage design for each model. On the 1.8 ton class the available rubber track widths are the standard options for that chassis and cannot be widened to 300 mm. If you need lower ground pressure for soft or wet ground, RONGFENG will recommend a different machine class rather than modifying the undercarriage.

Models fitted with a retractable undercarriage fold in by roughly 100 mm per side, which allows the machine to pass through narrower access points and then widen for stability during work. Confirm the exact retracted and extended dimensions for your model on the specification sheet before planning site access.

A top-mounted cylinder arrangement is available from the 1.2 ton class upward. It is not available on the 1 ton class because that chassis and boom are not designed for it. Contact RONGFENG to confirm availability for the model you are considering.

Blade-float availability depends on the model and configuration. Tell us the work you need it for, and we will check whether the selected machine offers that function or whether another configuration would be more suitable.

Two-speed travel is available as an option on the 2 ton class through an uprated travel motor. It is specified at the order stage rather than retrofitted. Confirm availability and the effect on travel speed and gradeability for your model with RONGFENG.

Agricultural Implements & Compatibility FAQs

RONGFENG supplies disc ploughs, reversible ploughs, disc harrows, moldboard ploughs, cultivators, ridgers, rear blades, spike-tooth harrows, potato harvesters and diggers, mowing and hay-rake equipment, fertilizer spreaders, post-hole diggers, farm trailers, disc blades, cultivator points, and custom machines and parts. Send your tractor model and working conditions and RONGFENG will confirm the matching implement model and specification.

Match required tractor/PTO horsepower, three-point category, PTO speed/spline/direction, implement weight and center of gravity, hydraulic flow/pressure/couplers, working width, ground clearance, driveline length, tire/track width, and soil conditions. Ask RONGFENG to confirm the tractor-implement combination as a package.

For some tillage or mowing work, working width commonly covers the tractor’s outside track so tires do not leave an unworked strip, but this is not universal. Soil load, PTO power, implement weight, row spacing, maneuvering space, and transport width must also be checked.

A plough turns or opens soil; a harrow breaks clods and levels after primary tillage; a cultivator loosens soil and controls weeds with less inversion; and a rotary tiller uses PTO-driven blades for intensive seedbed preparation. Selection depends on soil, residue, depth, moisture, crop system, and tractor capacity.

Tell us your soil type, moisture conditions, desired working depth and tractor model. We will help compare suitable implements and their working width, weight and power requirements. Photos of the field or your current setup can help us understand the conditions.

Only with a compatible hitch, PTO speed, driveline/guard, auger size, soil condition, and tractor stability. Underground utilities must be located first, and operators must stay clear of rotating components. Follow the implement and tractor manuals and local excavation rules.

We can help check the PTO shaft and guarding package for the selected tractor and implement. Tell us the equipment models so we can confirm what is included and the correct driveline specification. Shaft length, guarding and overload protection must match the equipment before operation.

Contact us with the implement model or a clear photo of the worn part. We will help identify the correct discs, shares, blades, teeth, bearings, seals or other available replacement parts, then confirm availability, price and shipping options.

Often this can improve container utilization, but compatibility, total weight/volume, packing protection, dangerous-goods rules, and unloading method must be planned. The packing list should identify every loose attachment and part.

Send us a description of the job, your tractor or carrier model, and any drawings or reference photos. We will review the requested implement and explain the feasible design options, development work, cost and lead time before you commit to the project.

Shipping, Documents, Import & Delivery FAQs

Start with your country and delivery city or nearest seaport. We will help review the shipping options, then confirm any access, unloading or customs details needed for the delivery arrangement you choose.

Your quotation lists the selected machine, configuration, quantity and included attachments or parts, together with payment terms and the shipping destination. We will identify the included packing and transport costs and any charges outside our scope. If you want a more complete delivery estimate, tell us the final destination so we can help clarify the remaining items before you order.

These shipping terms define different transport, cost and customs responsibilities. Send your destination and tell us whether you prefer port or door delivery; we will explain the available terms and what each quotation includes. A local broker or freight forwarder can help confirm destination charges and requirements outside our scope.

We can help you check the document package for your machine and destination. Common documents include the commercial invoice, packing list and transport documents; certificates of origin, manuals, inspection records and product conformity documents depend on the order. Send any requirements from your broker or tender so we can review them before you order.

Tell us the machine model and destination country. We will identify the conformity or emissions documents currently available for that machine and engine configuration and explain any requirements still needing verification. Documents are model-specific: the tractor attestations on file do not establish coverage for every product on this website, and a voluntary technical-document review certificate does not replace a required Declaration of Conformity or destination-specific approval. Review the applicable documents with your importer or broker before ordering.

We help by providing the available machine and engine information for your order. Your importer or local customs broker should confirm the destination’s import, emissions, tax and registration requirements. Send us their document checklist so we can review it together before shipment.

Yes, we can help you understand the costs included in our quotation and the remaining destination-side items to check. Send your delivery city or port and preferred delivery arrangement. Your freight forwarder or customs broker should confirm local duties, taxes and charges that are outside our quoted scope.

We will confirm a packing and loading arrangement suited to the machine, attachments and shipping method. Before shipment, you can ask for package dimensions, weight, the assembled or disassembled condition and unloading requirements. Tell us about any special destination or handling requirements while the order is being planned.

Yes. You can request packing and container-loading photos for your order. Tell us if you need particular views, such as machine plates, included accessories, securing points or the container seal, so the photo list can be agreed before loading.

This depends on package weight, dimensions, center of gravity, whether the machine can be driven, delivery vehicle, and site access. Contact RONGFENG for an unloading drawing and package weight before arrival; the buyer should arrange a correctly rated forklift, crane, dock, or professional rigging service.

Send your preferred arrival date with the model and quantity. We will check production availability and quote the estimated production lead time, including any customization or inspection work. We will also help you review transport stages; international transit and customs timings can vary.

Before unloading or signing without exception, photograph the container/package, seals, labels, damage, and carrier documents. Follow the carrier/insurer notice deadline, preserve packaging, separate transit damage from machine defect, and contact RONGFENG before repair or disposal. Contact RONGFENG for the formal claim procedure and deadlines.

After-Sales, Warranty & Spare Parts FAQs

Yes. Contact us for operating information, troubleshooting, spare parts or warranty questions after delivery. Send the machine model and a short description to [email protected] or WhatsApp +86 186 5457 3294; a serial number and photos or video help us identify the issue. We will explain the next steps and the applicable service or warranty arrangements.

Ask us for the warranty terms for the model you are considering. We will explain the warranty duration, start date and covered items before you order, together with any exclusions and parts, labor or freight responsibilities. These terms are recorded in the quotation, contract or warranty document for your machine.

Contact [email protected] or WhatsApp +86 186 5457 3294 with your machine model, order or serial number, and a short description of the issue. Photos, video and any warning codes will help us start the review. We will guide you through any further checks or information needed; agree on the next steps with us before dismantling or replacing major components.

We will explain which repair costs are covered by the warranty for your machine and which costs, if any, fall outside it. Parts, labor, freight and local charges can have different coverage, so review these terms before ordering and confirm the agreed repair arrangement before work begins.

Send the machine model and serial number, together with clear photos of the part and any part number or component label. We will help identify the correct replacement and ask for additional measurements only if needed. This helps avoid ordering a part that looks similar but does not fit.

Ask us for a spare-parts recommendation for your model and expected use. We can help you review routine service and wear items, such as filters, belts, seals, bucket teeth or implement blades, and confirm the available parts and quantities for your order.

We can help check a replacement filter or service part against your machine’s engine or component configuration. Send the model, serial number and the number or photo of the existing part. Any alternative should be checked for the correct specification, since the same machine model can use different components.

Send the part number or a photo, your machine model and your destination. We will check stock and confirm the estimated dispatch time, price and shipping options before you place the parts order. Timing depends on the specific part and delivery method.

Ask us to confirm the English operating and service documents available for the machine you are considering. We will explain which manuals, parts information or diagrams are included and their available format before you order. For an existing machine, send the model and serial number so we can check the matching documents.

Start with your machine model, serial or order number, a description of the problem and a short video or clear photos. Include any warning code and tell us when the problem occurs. We will guide you through the additional checks and information needed for diagnosis.

Stop operation if a track is loose or has come off. Send us the model, serial number and photos of the track and undercarriage so we can help identify the cause. Tension checks and adjustment must follow the exact model’s manual; grease tensioners contain stored pressure and should be handled only using the approved procedure.

Stop using the machine and contact us or a qualified service technician with the model and undercarriage photos. Track refitting requires the model-specific lifting, support and tensioning procedure. Do not rely on a general FAQ instruction to support the machine or work around a raised track; use the applicable manual and suitable service equipment.

Send the machine and engine model, the ambient temperature, any warning indicators and a short video of the symptom. We will help identify the appropriate checks for that configuration. Starting interlocks, coolant requirements and troubleshooting procedures vary by engine and machine, so follow the matching manual before adjusting controls or removing components.

Use the engine manufacturer’s approved coolant type and a freezing-point rating suitable for the lowest expected temperature at your site. Send the engine model if you need help checking the correct type and capacity. Avoid choosing coolant by color or a single generic temperature rating alone.

Roller lubrication and servicing depend on the undercarriage design. Send your machine model and a photo of the roller if you need guidance. We will help identify the applicable lubrication points and instructions; the track-tension adjuster is not a substitute for roller servicing, and sealed components should not be treated as greaseable without checking the manual.

OEM, Dealership & Company Information FAQs

Yes. We support OEM and selected ODM projects, including branding, colors, packaging and compatible configuration options. Send your requirements or reference photos and destination market, and we will explain the available scope, development work, cost and timing. You can start with one machine; larger projects can use a sample to review the agreed specification before volume production.

Yes. Send your logo, color preferences and packaging requirements, and we will help review the branding options for the selected model. Required safety labels, manufacturer information and serial traceability must remain clear, and the agreed artwork is reviewed before production.

Tell us the job, the changes you want and any size or performance targets. Drawings or reference photos are helpful but you do not need a complete engineering brief to start the conversation. We will review feasibility and explain what additional specifications, development work and testing would be needed.

We can explain the pre-shipment inspection checklist for your machine and the records available for your order. Relevant checks may cover assembly, fluids and leaks, engine start, travel, working functions, attachments and packing. Tell us if you need a particular demonstration or inspection record so the scope can be agreed before completion.

You can request a factory visit, remote video inspection or third-party inspection. Tell us your preferred date and the machine or checks you want to review. We will confirm access, the inspection scope and any costs or shipment-approval arrangements in advance.
